    Q2: How long do I need to wait for my customized items?

    Answer:

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Sea freight: please inquire by email cs@customprintbox.com

    Production lead time:

  • 1-100 Units: 5 days
  • 101-500 Units: 8 days
  • 501-1,000 Units: 10 days
  • Over 1,000 Units: please inquire by email cs@customprintbox.com

    Q3: What are your shipping / delivery options and costs?

    Answer:

  • We offer standard delivery and express delivery options. Delivery costs will depend on the product selected and the shipping location. You can view our standard delivery costs provided for your reference.

    Q4: How do I check / track the status of my order?

    Answer:

  • An email notification will be sent to your email address with a tracking reference number and hyperlink once your item has been shipped (in rare instances where tracking is not available, an email with shipment date will be sent to you accordingly). Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking into My Account and then Orders.

    Q5: How can I track my order online?

    Answer:

  • Yes, please leave the “Shipping information same as billing information” unchecked, and enter recipient address accordingly.

    Q6: Can you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO box, APO & FPO addresses.

    Q7: Do you offer any other cheaper shipping options?

    Answer:

  • Yes, of course! For large bulk order shipments, we also offer shipping by sea as a cost-efficient option. Email us cs@customprintbox.com for details.

    Q8: Will I be charged taxes upon delivery?

    Answer:

  • There are no taxes for shipping to USA. For all other international shipments, recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by that country, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your local government agency or contact us for more information.

    Q9: Can I get an estimation for my shipping costs before I order?

    Answer:

  • You can find out your approximate costs by using our shipping tool calculator. Alternatively, you may also find out the shipping costs by adding your products to the shopping cart and inputting your shipping address. For larger bulk quantity orders, we suggest you talk to our customer service team (cs@customprintbox.com) who can provide you with a detailed quotation.

    11: Can I combine my orders for shipping?

    Answer:

  • This is a tricky one. It depends on the timing of the orders concerned and whether they are made on the same production line. We advise you to email our Customer Service Team (cs@customprintbox.com) should you need to combine orders.

    12: Do you offer freight deliveries?

    Answer:

  • Yes, we do! For larger bulk orders, we can deliver by freight shipments by sea. As sea shipments and cargos are more complex, we can offer you a custom quote based on the product selected, quantity and shipping address. To use shipment by sea, the total weight of the order should not be less than 600kg or should be at least 3cbm. For your reference, this is approximately 1,200 units of 8”x8”x2.5” collapsible gift box. For more information about sea shipments, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing cs@customprintbox.com.

    13: Can I pay extra for rush production?

    Answer:

  • We do not currently have this service but are looking to add rush production in the future. In the meantime, if you need your custom printed packaging by a certain date, please let us know and we will use our best efforts to help you.
