Q1: Is there a setup fee?
Answer:
No, we do not charge a setup fee on our products (despite it being a common practice in our industry). There are no hidden charges either. You just pay for your selected products and shipping charges and nothing more.

Q2: Is there a minimum order quantity?
Answer:
There is no minimum order quantity – you’re free to order just one. Our advanced and comprehensive production capabilities mean we are able to handle small quantities without the huge overheads, allowing us to pass on price benefits onto our customers. Our facilities also allow us to cater for large quantities, printing up to 18,000 sheets per hour at cost-effective prices. Needless to say, the more you purchase, the lower per unit cost will be.

Q3: Do I need to register an account to order?
Answer:
No. However, the benefit of creating an account and logging in prior to customizing your items is that you are able to check your order status at your convenience.

Q4: How can I change your custom packaging / printed box stock that I have already chosen?
Answer:
If you have already added your design into your shopping cart, double click the thumbnail image on the left hand side depicting your design, a pop up window will appear as shown the below image. Choose the packaging material to your preferred choice and press the “Update” button to save it. The new price will reflect your new chosen card stock.

Q5: What is your pricing policy?
Answer:
Though we make every effort to ensure all prices shown are accurate and up to date, errors can occur due to technical glitches. In the rare event that this should happen, CustomPrintBox.com reserves the right to correct prices with the appropriate notifications.

Q6: Will I receive any confirmation on my online orders?
Answer:
A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive your order. We will also send you another email with tracking number and relevant hyperlinks to help you track your order once your products are shipped.

Q7: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Answer:
To keep our prices competitively low, we have automated our production facilities. As such, your order will automatically be filed in line for printing. We advise our customers to review their order and design details for correctness prior to clicking on “Submit Order” as cancellations / changes cannot be made thereafter. However, in cases where artwork is a concern for printing purposes, our online builder will provide alerts during your design process.

Q8: How do I use my coupon?
Answer:
You can type in the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page and click on the Apply Coupon button. Alternatively, you can also insert the coupon code on the Checkout page.

11: How do I upload the dieline template?
Answer:
You may upload the download the template from our dieline library for our standard sized products and upload them via their respective product pages. Alternatively, please contact our Sales Representatives and provide them with the dieline template in AI format. Please also state your printing requirements e.g. any special effects such as Spot UV, hot foil or embossing.

12: How can I get a custom order quote?
Answer:
For custom order quotes, please contact our Sales Representatives by emailing cs@customprintbox.com. Please let them know the size of the packaging required, quantity, printing requirements and shipping address.

13: What determines the price of the packaging?
Answer:
The price is normally dependent on the type of product, dimensions, printing requirements, shipping location and quantity. With all this information, we will be able to provide you with a detail quotation.

14: Can I get a sample order?
Answer:
Yes, you can. As there is no minimum order quantity, you may order one item first to see if it meets your requirements.
